The Health Department will be conducting a Seasonal Flu Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 from 2:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Health Dept. office at 10900 Reading Road, Room 164. You do not need to be a resident of Sharonville to receive your flu vaccine at this clinic. This will be the last drop-in flu clinic this season.  If you still need your flu shot and are unable to come next Wednesday afternoon, please contact Adrien for an appointment.

This clinic will be open to the public.  For the general public, health insurance will be billed.  If you spread the word, please tell your friends to bring their health insurance cards with them to the clinic.

The CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older receive the flu vaccine, with people over 65, pregnant women, children under 5 years of age and people with underlying health issues being at higher risk.

New this year will be the ability to use your Health Insurance to cover the cost of your vaccination.  Please bring your health insurance card with you to the clinic.  The following insurance will be accepted:

Aetna, Anthem BCBS, CareSource, Cigna, Humana, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Medicaid, Medicare B & Rail Road, Molina Healthcare, Ohio Health Choice, SummaCare, The Health Plan, UMWA, UnitedHealthcare

Should you need to pay for the flu vaccine out of pocket, the cost will be as follows:
