The Public Works Department is staffed with 13 full-time employees and one permanent part-time employees.

- Lori Bishop is the department Secretary
- Rick Ostendorf is the mechanic responsible for the maintenance and repair of all city vehicles
- Scott Lofland is responsible for road maintenance inspection, as well as curbs, sidewalks, street cuts and driveway replacements
- Randy Bernhardt, Mike Carlson, Tom Graves, Cleve Holley, Chad Meadows, Andy Baur, Michael Leach and Kurt Baughman complete the work crew
- Mark Dawson is the City Hall custodian
- Marlin Fuchs is the maintenance manager for Golden View Acres
These City employees are committed to serving the citizens of Sharonville in the most efficient and economical manner possible.
